We use Paypal as our secure payment system, so we do not gather or hold your credit card details on our site. You don’t have to have a Paypal account, they take all the major debit or credit cards.
Your billing information will be taken at the Paypal checkout on the next page, and can be different from the shipping details. Confirmation emails will be sent to the email address supplied at the Paypal checkout.
SHIPPING and DELIVERY
We ship worldwide via available Royal Mail . We will do our best to get your order out to the post within 2 days of receiving it, unless we are closed for Saturday and Sunday, bank holidays, or otherwise stated on the website.
Centrala operates a fixed cost postage price for each order, depending on destination.

£3 or free on orders over £50.
£10 or free on orders over £100.
If for any reason you should not receive your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do everything we can to either reimburse you or provide you with the same item/s again.
RETURNS and REPLACEMENTS
Because at Centrala we do our very best to ensure that your order is safely and securely packaged, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages that result from the mail service that we use. If for any reason you do not receive your package within one month of ordering, please contact us and we will see if we can resend it.
