It is a nice winter morning when scientist Karlis Dravins wakes up and goes to get his mail from the postbox next to his house. As he walks back he notices footprints in the snow and starts to walk in circles trying to understand what may have left them – a starfish, a burglar, a moonstruck parrot, or something else? The more he thinks and the more he walks the bigger grows the number​ ​of​ ​footprints​ ​left​ ​in​ ​the​ ​snow.
When Karlis Dravins gets to the number 10 he is so scared of what may have left so many footprints, that he runs back to his house and hides under the blanket – sometimes it is better not to make​ ​the​ ​discovery.
